Video
Video modules are all about concepts and context. Your instructor will deliver high level information about the workshop you're in, laying a foundation and guidelines for the step-by-step nature of the skillbuilders.
Skillbuilder
Skillbuilders are the backbone of the Gentle Beast platform. These short video clips with voiceovers are how you learn and see the step by step instructions for each cue or concept we're covering.

Sometimes we just want to see how things are going! Periodically, we'll check in with you to see if you're doing okay, and give you some options to help you move forward if you're not.
